Wundertal / Sonnborner Straße on May 21, 2023 at 3PM
From May 21 - 29, 2023 , Boris Charmatz, new director of Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, will present Wundertal : a series of events and pieces that reflect our desire to work in and with the city of Wuppertal, to dance and to go on a journey together.
It will open with Wundertal / Sonnborner Straße, a large-scale choreographic happening for 200 dancers,.
With Wundertal, Boris Charmatz will present his work to the audience of Wuppertal for the first time.
Wundertal / Sonnborner Straße is an invitation to 200 people from Wuppertal from the age of 16 to join the dancers of Tanztheater Wuppertal and its new artistic director Boris Charmatz in creating a unique performance directly on Sonnborner Straße.
